Apple Cinnamon Protein Pancake Recipe

🍎Apple Cinnamon Protein Pancakes

Slightly sweet with warm fall spices and tender apples. Using a sheet pan makes it easy to prep a big batch at once.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Kodiak pancake mix

  • 3-4 medium sized apples

  • cinnamon

  • nutmeg

  • ground ginger

  • ground clove

  • 3 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F and prepare sheet pan with parchment paper.

  2. Dice apples into small pieces. Toss with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove.

  3. Prepare Kodiak cake mix according to package instructions using water. Stir in spiced apples.

  4. Spread batter on a parchment-lined sheetpan. Sprinkle remaining apples on top. Bake as directed.
