Kale Scrambled Eggs
A quick, high-protein scramble with a boost of greens. Perfect alongside pancakes for a balanced morning.

Ingredients:
12 eggs
shredded kale
ground chicken
salt & pepper
olive oil
Instructions:
Add olive oil to sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Add shredded kale and sauté until it begins to wilt
Add in ground chicken and sauté until fully cooked.
In a separate bowl, scramble eggs and add salt & pepper.
Pour into pan with kale and chicken, and scramble until cooked through.
