Built Woven, What’s Next?!

Over two years ago, I co-founded Woven with a vision to create something different—a space where health and fitness felt personal, grounded, and human. I wanted to reimagine how we engage with wellness, not as a series of checkboxes or quick fixes, but as a deeply supportive, integrated experience. One where people could feel strong, confident, and truly at home in their bodies.

From day one, the heart of Woven was always about connection. The conversations before and after training sessions, the shared laughs in the café, the incredible community that showed up day after day. For me, it was never just about fitness—it was about care, curiosity, and the courage to do things differently.

As of this summer, I’ve officially stepped away from my role as co-owner and CEO of Woven. It’s bittersweet, of course—this business has been a labor of love, and I poured so much of myself into bringing it to life. But as one chapter closes, I feel a deep sense of pride in what I built and real excitement for what comes next.

Woven gave me the opportunity to lead, to create, to collaborate, and to grow in ways that exceeded what I imagined. Most of all, it affirmed what I’ve always believed: that systems can be redesigned. That we can create more thoughtful, inclusive, and sustainable spaces for people to feel good in their bodies and their lives.

So—what’s next?

Right now, I’m in a season of exploration. I’m giving myself the space to reflect and to dream bigger. I’m continuing to share tools for sustainable nutrition and wellness on my YouTube channel, and I’m excited to take on new projects that allow me to keep building toward the kind of health systems and experiences I want to see in the world.

The vision remains. The mission continues. And I can’t wait to see where this path leads next.
