Hi, I’m Lisa
I help people and organizations thrive.
I’ve never been someone who fits neatly into one box.
My life has moved through design, leadership, health, and fitness, but the throughlines have always been creativity and connection. I believe both are essential to building a life that feels meaningful.
I began my career in the NYC fashion industry, where I learned how to bring vision to life through aesthetics, storytelling, and detail, all while collaborating with global partners. As much as I loved design, I felt pulled toward a more human-centered path. When I shifted into personal training, I quickly saw how transformative health could be. Working one-on-one with clients to build strength and confidence changed me just as much as it changed them. I didn’t fit the typical mold of a trainer, but I used that difference as my strength, rising to become a top coach and later leading teams of coaches. Leading others revealed how much I loved developing people and gave me a deeper sense of purpose.
That drive to expand my knowledge led me to pursue a Master’s in Public Health Nutrition at NYU, where I studied the systems and structures that shape well-being. Many of my clients and colleagues had nutrition questions, and while I always loved cooking, I wanted to understand nutrition academically. During this time, I also discovered the power of health communication. I began creating social media content and YouTube videos that offered realistic strategies, and I continue to use those platforms to connect with 20k+ people who want practical, sustainable support.
I later co-founded a health and fitness business in New York City, where I was challenged to bring fitness, nutrition, and community together in one space. Beyond launching and running the company as CEO, I designed the interior environment, which reawakened the artist in me. The experience reinforced what I know to be true: creativity is not separate from my work in health, it is what makes the work come alive.
Today, my work takes many shapes. I consult on creative strategy and storytelling, coach individuals in health and fitness, and partner with brands and organizations to design systems that create impact.
For me, it all comes down to this: helping people build confidence, grow stronger, and create a lovely life.

“Lisa is phenomenal! She brings an amazing energy and a supportive, positive, fun approach. But even though she’s a lot of fun, she’ll also make you work hard with tailored workouts! One of the things I most appreciated was how Lisa tailored everything to my body and my goals, more than other trainers I’ve worked with in the past. From training for my first marathon to a surf trip to rehabbing after a medical issue, she was always right there with me. I loved training with her so much that when she transferred locations, I trekked across Brooklyn to continue working with her!”
