High Protein Egg Soufflé Recipe

💪🥚 High Protein Egg Soufflé


Simple ingredients and delicious outcome. My healthy and high protein egg soufflé!


Ingredients:

  • 16 eggs

  • 1 container cottage cheese

  • Everything but the bagel spice blend

  • coconut oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F and spray meal prep containers with coconut oil.

  2. Using an immersion blender, blend 2 eggs into an entire container of cottage cheese.

  3. Once silky and smooth in texture, add the remaining eggs and blend until light and frothy ( ~1 minute).

  4. Add in everything but the bagel spice blend.

  5. Portion into meal prep containers.

  6. Transfer meal prep containers to oven on a baking sheet.

  7. Bake until cooked through, ~20 mins, and lightly golden.
