💪🥚 High Protein Egg Soufflé
Simple ingredients and delicious outcome. My healthy and high protein egg soufflé!
Ingredients:
16 eggs
1 container cottage cheese
Everything but the bagel spice blend
coconut oil spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375° F and spray meal prep containers with coconut oil.
Using an immersion blender, blend 2 eggs into an entire container of cottage cheese.
Once silky and smooth in texture, add the remaining eggs and blend until light and frothy ( ~1 minute).
Add in everything but the bagel spice blend.
Portion into meal prep containers.
Transfer meal prep containers to oven on a baking sheet.
Bake until cooked through, ~20 mins, and lightly golden.
